Just wanted to thank you for a great disco last Saturday night at Randall's. Fantastic disco provided for my son's 18th. You certainly helped create a great atmosphere. Many compliments received afterwards.

Terms & Conditions
Overdrive Disco has to put these terms and conditions for you and Overdrive Discos protection.
To You:
To arrive and be ready to start at the agreed time (usually an hour before).
If you have any special requests, announcements, song choices etc please let us know. However in advanced please tell us the type of music you require; ie: specialist 1st dance songs, party track you would like.
If Overdrive Disco takes on a booking; we do not exchange bookings with other companies. If we are unable to offer you the date and time we will happily put you in touch with other reputable companies.
We will provide a polite and friendly service.
We will not perform in dangerous or hostile conditions. We will stop any event where danger has arisen either to ourselves or others
Dan is a Certified Portable Appliance Tester (PAT) All equipment is tested.
Overdrive Disco cannot accept liability for injury to person or persons at the venue.
We cannot play on after the agreed time. Music Licencing and legislation laws prevent us. In exception payment after the time agreed wil be nogotiated.
We are nice and do not take deposits. However we request the full amount paid when we/you arrive. You will recieve a confirmation by email or letter.
If you need to cancel a booking with us, we need at least three weeks notice. A booking means a commitment from us, we may turn down subsequent bookings from other people in order to honour our commitment to you, therefore you will be required to pay the agreed price.
The equipment is not to be touched. If we need to tell person or persons not to touch the equipment then we will do so politely. If we need to repeat our request to the same person or persons then the music will be turned down and an announcement made. If the equipment continues to be played with and cannot be controlled then Overdrive Disco will be forced to stop playing and leave. If this situation arises then all monies will still be due to be paid.
Any equipment damaged by the customer or your party (you and/or persons in your party) then the customer (you) will be held responsible and will be invoiced with a repair or renewal bill to be paid by the customer (yourself).
There must be at least an adult in the venue over the age of 18 |
